Shipping Method 

For  purchases (orders that are being shipped to a US address) we offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping: We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders. (Except clearance and accessories). All orders are typically shipped within 48h and arrive in 15-17 working days.

2. Expedited Shipping: Expedited Shipping is a flat rate of $24.99 USD. All Expedited Shipping orders typically arrive within 5-9 working days. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped.

Shipping charges are based on your order. We charge actual shipping rates that are calculated automatically when you place your order.

Please note you may need to pay customs charges in order to receive the package in your country.

Delivery Time

We do everything in our power to ensure you receive your dress in a timely manner; however, sometimes matters beyond our control, like customs or severe weather, may affect the delivery of your package. If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to ensure you can receive your dress by the date needed.

Please be aware that packages for dresses are shipped within 48h of placing your order. The packages for custom dresses are shipped within 15-20 business days of placing your order. This means that should you place your order on a weekend or mail holiday, your order would not ship out until the next 3 business day.
